What is Fountain Brush Pen?

気軽に毛筆感覚が楽しめる筆記具です。穂先は、熟練の筆匠が「いたちの毛」を使い丹念に造筆。
万年毛筆は、手紙や一筆啓上、冠婚葬祭等の記帳など、様々なシーンで活躍します。
It is the pen, you can easily enjoy the feeling of brush. The top is used the hair of weasels, and made by artisan. You can use the fountain brush pen with writing letters and formal scenes.

私たちは、万年毛筆にさらなる魅力を加えたいと考えました。
日本伝統技法を活かした装飾美を纏わせるため、越前の漆芸作家と話し合いを重ねました。
その結果、独創的且つ強烈な印象を放つ「一子相伝の技」を投入できることを確認。
試行錯誤を経て、3つのシリーズを発表する運びとなりました。
We think to make more attractiveness fountain brush pens. We had meetings with Urushi artisan to make it more attractiveness with Japanese traditional. As a result, we confirm that we can put transmission of the secrets of an art into the fountain brush pen. After trials and errors, we are able to release the 3 series.

縄目シリーズは、梨木の木地に丹念に漆を下塗りし、そこに漆を浸した縄を巻きつけ、さらに漆の上塗りで丹念に仕上げた逸品です。

Double Cross Grain Series is the masterpiece based on Urushi on pear wood, and roll up with the grain with Urushi.

和紙漆シリーズ

Washi-Urushi Series

和紙漆シリーズは、縄目シリーズと同様の下塗りを施した後、そこに漆を浸した和紙を貼り、その上に、漆の上塗りで仕上げています。
The base of Washi-Urushi Series is the same as double cross grain series. After the base, put washi and Urushi again.
